Wallkill Public Library,
The Friends of the Wallkill
Library exists to serve the needs of the Library. We hope you’ll join us as we strive for
another amazing year.
This past year we helped to
fund the Summer Reading Program for children and adults, provided materials and
services to the Library, raised money to match the Gates Grant for new
computers, promoted legislation to benefit libraries and encouraged members of
the community to experience this wonderful facility.
Some of the activities we
have promoted or participated in are the Fall Mum Sale, the November Book Sale,
the Town Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, the Wallkill Woman’s Club Chicken
BBQ and Antique Appraisal, and the Summer Reading Program Kick-Off and
Wrap-Up.
We hope you will join us in
